Life Groups
Although we gather for corporate worship every Sunday, much of the learning, sharing, and ministry within our church family will take place during the week. Life groups will meet at various times and locations (homes, restaurants, etc.). They will become the way in which the individuals who make up Centre Pointe can live life together as the body of Christ rather than simply being a bunch of people who attend the same church. Each group will be a little different; but in each one you will have a chance to get to know people who live near you and be encouraged by them during your week. You may share a meal or dessert as you get to know each other better, and then you will study the Bible together, discussing and challenging each other to apply the truth of God’s Word to your life. Groups will pray together and some will have music. Many groups will have child care as needed.
Centre Kidz
Our children’s ministry is for children of all ages, infants - 5th grade. Ultimately it is the purpose of this ministry to work with the entire family to help teach children about the awesome love of God and how they can have a personal relationship with Him that will last for eternity. While Centre Kidz can be described in many ways, three characteristics are clear:
Christ Centered - It is all about Jesus. We do have fun with each other, experience great things with our friends, and just go crazy sometimes; but the heart of all we do is JESUS.
Age Appropriate - Children are taught on their level in a fun and creative way that helps them to understand what they are learning about.
Parent Led - Most of our leaders / volunteers have been or are parents. Parental involvement is a key to success in helping our children develop their faith and build strong spiritual foundations that will last a lifetime.
Centre Kidz includes:
Nursery: During our Sunday morning worship, a safe and comfortable nursery will be available where babies and toddlers (up to 3 years old) will be loved and nurtured.
Centre Kidz Worship is an interactive time when children can sing fun songs, hear great stories from the Bible, create creative crafts, and learn about Jesus; and they can do it all with their best friends.
Other ministry activities will be planned and added to our calendar.
The Fourth Dimension (Youth)
In Ephesians 3.17-18, the apostle Paul prays,
“...that you, being rooted and established in love, may have the power, together with all the saints, to grasp how wide and long and high and deep is the love of Christ, and to know this love that surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled to the measure of all the fullness of God.” Paul speaks of knowing God’s love in four dimensions so that you can be full of the fullness of God.

The Fourth Dimension to help our students understand the vastness of God’s love and then help them live their lives so that they can experience and share God’s love and walk in a full relationship with Him.

Worship Celebrations
The Centre Pointe family invites
YOU to worship with us. There will be a place for everyone, the atmoshphere will be casual, and the focus will be on worshiping our God.
Our worship will include music that praises God's greatness, prayers that acknowledge His authority, an offering that expresses our worship, and a message from the Bible that is relevant to your life.
We will have a safe and comfortable nursery for babies and toddlers (up to three years old), and an exciting, kid-focused worship time
(Centre Kidz) for students pre-K through 3rd grade.
Plan to arrive early and enjoy refreshments and the joy of meeting new friends.
Creative Arts
Our God is a creative God. Everywhere we look we see the incredible diversity of His creation. At Centre Pointe we believe a creative God receives worship in multiple ways. Therefore, when we worship Him, we desire to use all the creative gifts He has given us. We hold tightly to the unchanging truth of the gospel; but as we live out our faith, we will be as creative and innovative as God gives us the ability to be, and as diverse as the people who make up our church family.
Our MUSIC ministry will include uplifting and praiseful music designed to bring the congregation into the presence of God and to lead us in our worship of Him. In addition to our worship leaders, we will use vocal and instrumental solos and groups of all ages to enhance our worship.
POINTE TAKEN! is our creative movement ministry. In response to the incredible truth revealed in John 3:16, the people of this ministry simply say, “God, we get your point!” Pointe Taken! uses a combination of music and movement to express love for God in unique ways and to lead others to worship him.
Coming Soon: In the days to come we will add Multi Media, Drama and other creative arts ministries to our worship services.
Pregnancy Resource Center
We are in the process of taking the early steps in what will be a wonderful relationship between our church family and this important ministry in our community. Our goals involve supporting the center with our material resources, our physical presence, and our faithful prayers.
