Reese Linnell (Pastor) 
Pastor Reese was born in Red Wing, Minnesota, raised on U.S. Navy bases, and returned to Minnesota after his father's retirement to graduate from high school. Determined to make the annual Army / Navy football game interesting in his house, Reese enlisted in the U.S. Army.
It was while he was stationed in Hawaii (somebody has to suffer for Uncle Sam) that he met his future wife, Roxanne. Reese and Roxanne were married in 1988 in Cottonville, NC.
Reese is a graduate of Fruitland Baptist Bible Institute, Wingate University, and Wake Forest University. Prior to leading Centre Pointe, Reese and Roxanne have served four churches, traveled on several mission trips, and witnessed God's blessings in many ways.
During all of that learning and serving, the Linnell family has grown by three members - all girls, all wonderful, and all beautiful like their mother. The Linnells also have a Golden Retriever (also female).
When the family is not ministering in Stanly County, you will find them at the beach, on the road to somewhere they have never been before, or at a Wingate or Wake Forest football game cheering the Bulldogs or Deacons on to another victory.

Allen Wallace (Worship & Youth Leader)
Allen Wallace is a graduate of Johnson Bible College. Allen has served in the areas of worship ministry, youth ministry, camp ministry, Young Life, and, at Centre Pointe, he leads worship and our youth ministry. Allen brings a sincere passion for worshiping God and leading others to the throne of God as he leads our worship services at Centre Pointe, and he has a desire to see young people learn about, grow in, and serve our awesome God.
Allen is also leading our youth ministry.
